Serta Warranty Information: Serta's warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not indicate the useful life of the set which will vary according to the use and care of the product. An original dated bill of sale receipt will serve as your proof of purchase to validate this warranty. A copy of the actual warranty is attached to each mattress at delivery and is also available online at www.serta.com.
Important notes of body impressions: Body impressions are normal during the first course of use. This is not a structural defect, but simply the settling of upholstery layers. Rotate your mattress head to toe for the first 6 months., then rotate every 3 months for the next year. The exception is king size; they require a 1/4 turn monthly for the first 4 months. then every 3 months after that for the next year.
Additional Information Regarding This Warranty: Lincoln Mattress and Furniture Company reserves the right to refuse service or warranty replacement when the product is found upon inspection to be soiled, stained, or in an unsanitary condition. We strongly recommend the use of a mattress pad to protect your investment. When purchasing a queen set or larger a frame with a center support to the floor is required for purpose of this warranty.
One hundred and twenty Day Sleep Guarantee If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may have a one time reselection option of your Perfect Sleeper or higher quality mattress within the first 120 days. All exchanges will be charged a delivery fee and 15% restocking fee (based on suggested retail). If you choose to upgrade your set, the difference in price will be charged. Should you decide to downgrade your set, you will not be refunded the difference. No mattress can be exchanged if soiled or damaged in any way.
